Quick Chicken Breast and Green Beans

A quick and healthy meal featuring chicken breast and green beans, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 300 grams green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through and golden brown.
  4. In the last 3-4 minutes of cooking the chicken, add the green beans to the skillet.
  5. Add the minced garlic and continue to cook until the green beans are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve the chicken with green beans and lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
