  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together frozen peaches, sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter in another bowl until crumbly.
  5. Spread the oat topping over the peaches evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top.

Notes

Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches. For extra flavor, sprinkle a little nutmeg along with the cinnamon.
